Best memory of APU: Honestly there are so many amazing memories shared with other students. If I had to choose just one it would be sitting in the Ruth gorge of the Alaska range listening to avalanches tear down from distant mountaintops. I was basking in the evening light while conversing over dinner with my friends. There are few things that can compare to beauty and happiness of that magnitude.
Next adventure post-APU: Starting in May I will be on a month-long expedition with friends climbing and skiing in the Alaska range.
Words of wisdom to future students: Take every opportunity that is offered to you at this school. The professors, faculty, staff and other students are all trying to make you a better person. You simply need to work hard and let that happen. Never pass up a chance to be outside and explore, this beautiful state has so much to offer. Finally, put the same amount of love into everything you do the way you would a relationship. If you love and nurture your dreams then they will grow into the reality you want.
