For its tenth year, Expedition Alaska invited students to embark on a 158-mile journey within some of the most remote territories in Alaska.
Designed for first-time and returning college students, Expedition Alaska combines academic study and only-in-Alaska field experiences, led by experienced APU faculty.
Over the course of ten days, students rafted and canoed from Eagle to Circle, Alaska along the Yukon River, as part of either a science, outdoor studies, or art course. The outdoor studies students then finished their trip with a week of hiking to campus from Eagle River.
