Alaska Pacific University is proud to showcase the talents of its students in the annual APU Spring Ensemble performance. This concert is the culmination of a class taught by Associate Professor of Music, Eric Redding, and provides a stage for students to showcase their newly-learned musical chops to the APU community.
Each song is handpicked by students in the ensemble to perform, and students rotate around the stage exchanging instruments for each song.
The performances are a highlight of the academic calendar, and this year was no exception. The ensemble, playfully named Yes, Chef!, brought a sense of energy and excitement to the stage with their colorful costumes and enthusiasm. It was clear that they were having blast doing it, and the completely-packed Grant Hall Theater was swept along by their infectious spirit and high-energy performances.
