Overview
Richard and Diane Block have been long time supporters of the University. Their endowed scholarship serves to attract the most-qualified scholars to APU. The endowed scholarship supports students from the Anchorage area who demonstrate scholarly merit. Recipients of this scholarship are deemed a Block Scholar.
Awarding Criteria
- Within 27 months of High School Graduation
- From the Municipality of Anchorage
- Full-Time Enrollment
- Demonstrates outstanding academic achievement before attending APU.
- Maintain minimum GPA 3.2 while at APU
- Renewable through Graduation
- Final Approval will be through the Block Foundation
