The Spring Creek Farm summer internship gives students firsthand experience in managing a diverse polyculture vegetable farm. Interns will learn a variety of skills rooted in ecologically sustainable agriculture. Interns will learn about:
- the beauty and challenges of growing food in the sub-arctic
- demonstrating season extension techniques
- cold soils management
