Planning a garden for this summer? Mark your calendars for APU Spring Creek Farm’s Annual Seedling Sale!

This year’s sale will be on Wednesday, May 25, from Noon – 6:00 PM outside the Carr Gottstein Academic Center on the Alaska Pacific University Campus in Anchorage. Our own University Farm grows high quality, organically produced, and Alaska adapted seedlings, which are sure to get your garden off to a good start, and funds raised help to support ongoing educational, production, and research efforts at the farm. We will be growing: Basil, Beets, Bok Choi, Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Collard Greens, Cucumbers, Dill, Fennel, Kale, Kohlrabi, Lettuce, Mint, Napa Cabbage, Onions, Oregano, Parsley, Peas, Hot Peppers, Scallions, Swiss Chard, Thyme, Tomatoes, Turnips, Zucchini
