We would like to invite the Alaska Pacific University Community to join us in celebrating the achievements of our December graduating class!
Fall 2019 Commencement
Saturday, December 14th
10:00am to 12:00pm
Parking is free since it is a weekend event. There will be signs and volunteers guiding guests to different locations. If it is icy on Saturday please take extra caution in the UAA parking lots.
Doors open for seating at 9:15am.
Talking Circle Media will again be providing livestreaming. You can share the below link with family and friends that are unable to attend graduation. (https://www.alaskapacific.edu/graduation-live-stream/). Family and friends can also view graduation by downloading the Livestream app. APU has contracted with a vendor for closed captioning of commencement. Sign Language interpreters will also be signing at event by the podium.
If your family or friends need extra assistance during the event or special accommodations please contact the Registrar’s Office ASAP so we can make arrangements. The Wendy Williamson has an abundance of stairs in and out of the auditorium. Volunteers will be present to help assist guests to more accessible side entrances.
There is no ticket system for graduation so graduates can invite as many people as they want.
