Spring Creek Farm Kellogg Campus and APU’s student journal, Turnagain Currents, held a community reading for local authors and student writers this past Sunday. Fireside bookstore was filled with writers of all casts reading their poetry, fiction, and soon-to-be-published novels. David Onofrychuck was there from Turnagain Currents and Diego Donna brought the APU van down to transport students for the event. A special thanks to David Cheesum and Fireside Books for letting us borrow Fireside for the evening, we greatly appreciate your contribution. We also hope to turn this into a semesterly event and look forward to seeing some new talent.
