Indigenous Peoples Day Celebration

Join us in person on Indigenous Peoples Day, Monday, October 14, for an afternoon of festivities at the Moseley Sports Center on Alaska Pacific University’s main campus. This year’s event will feature free food, dance performances, a fashion show, and art vendors.
The full program will be announced closer to the event start date.

With Anchorage School District observing the holiday, please bring your family. You won’t want to miss this event celebrating our vibrant Indigenous histories, cultures, and communities.

Free to attend, but donations are accepted to the Shel ch’naq’ahnilu Fund at alaskapacific.edu/donate to support Indigenous student activities & scholarships for the future.

Parking is limited on campus. There is a free shuttle available from the Alaska Airlines Center. Elder and Media Parking is available directly at Moseley Sports Center.
