Dear APU Staff and Faculty,
Previously approved telecommuting arrangements will be extended through September 20th. As we begin the Fall semester, we recognize the need to provide essential services to students and campus as a whole. Campus offices will need to function through a mix of distance-delivered services and on-campus staffing, and so some adjustments to telecommuting arrangements may be required. Please work with your supervisor to provide coverage that ensures safe campus operations and quality student services.
We are still planning for employees to return gradually over time, as their personal circumstances and job responsibilities allow. APU is preparing for employees to return to campus with protocols in place for a healthy campus environment. If you anticipate needing to extend your telecommuting beyond September 20th, please contact your supervisor.
