CANCELED – Wild Wednesday: Intro to Glacier Travel and Crevasse Rescue

Learn how to navigate glaciated terrain to avoid hazards, when to rope up to your traveling partners and how to rescue someone if they fall into a crevasse. Learn about fixed line accession, snow anchors and mechanical advantages. Bring your own climbing gear if you like, but gear for practice will also be provided.
