APU Chess Fellowship National Chess Day

Alaska Pacific University club Chess Fellowship is partnering with the Last Frontier Chess Foundation (Nationally recognized state-governing body) to host a 2-day series of chess tournaments that are available for free to the public. These tournaments require United States Chess Federation membership to play. Chess materials to play will be provided, alongside refreshments. This event is in celebration of Alaska re-joining the other 49 US Chess states. Come join us in the celebration by spectating and/or competing! Organizational representatives will be available to discuss how to build a chess program that targets your community’s needs.
